Retention

I will store your email address, name and contact number, gathered from the contact form, for the purposes of initial contact only.  If a counselling session is booked, I will share further information on the counselling data storage policy and procedure at the first appointment.  The data from the initial contact form will be stored on an encrypted USB device. If a counselling session is not booked, I will delete your information from my records.

I will keep this for the purposes of initial contact and if further counselling is pursued, additional consent will be sought for data storage.
